In Part 1, conceptual study will be focused on spiritual consciousness evolution. Practical frameworks and discussions are emphasized as trials to observe and understand our action, emotion and thought processes. Basic meditation techniques are also introduced using the learnt concepts to increase sense of harmony within self and surrounding.
